The circuits worked on are tested. The minor works form is completed when those hours need it. Extra hours are given a written price before they begin. Materials, fittings and cable are not in the hours. A full house rewire, a fuse board change and a whole property EICR have their own bookings, and so does an emergency make safe visit. ### Hours on Warren Road The booking lists the labour. Fault tracing, small repairs and fittings that fit those hours are what we do on Warren Road, Nork Way or Chetwode Road. A rewire is not started because an hour remained. ### Test what we touched Circuits worked on during the hours are tested. Where those hours include an alteration that needs paperwork, the minor works form is completed. Materials and cable are not silently included. ### Extra hours written first If more time is needed, the price of those hours is written before they begin. An emergency make safe visit is not converted into this booking halfway through on Chetwode Road. ## Burgh Heath day rate questions ### Do you sell booked electrical hours in Burgh Heath? Yes. From Banstead we spend the booked hours on Warren Road, Nork Way and Chetwode Road on fault tracing, small repairs and fittings, then test the circuits we worked on. ### Are materials in the hours? No. Fittings and cable are separate from the labour. The hours on Nork Way do not include a bag of parts unless that was written as its own line. ### Can the hours become a rewire? No. A full house rewire, a fuse board change and a whole property EICR have their own bookings. Leftover time is not how those jobs start. ### What if the job overruns? Extra hours get a written price before they begin. We do not keep going on Chetwode Road and present the extra afterwards as a surprise. ### Is a call out billed this way? No. Emergency make safe is its own service. Booked hours are the planned labour, not an attendance to a danger on Warren Road. ## Other services in Burgh Heath - [Electrician in Burgh Heath](https://www.tmbelectrics.co.uk/electrician-burgh-heath): Electrician in Burgh Heath, Surrey (KT20).
