An extended station terrace is cabled only in the room named. A data point in Horley is one faceplate back to the router that home already has. In an extended station terrace it goes in the room that was listed, including the extension. ## What a Horley data point covers You pay for one faceplate run back to the router that home already keeps. A second room is another point, priced before it is fitted. - Data cabling: from £120 - We do not buy a router on this visit. - A room left unnamed stays without a point. - A board change off Massetts Road is separate. ## Data and network point installation across Horley We serve Horley from our base in Banstead. - Victoria Road - Massetts Road - Church Road - Horley Row - Meath Green Lane - Langshott - Westvale Park - Balcombe Road ## What happens on the day One faceplate is fitted in the room named and run back to the router that home already keeps. In a railway era terrace the point can sit in the extension, but only when that room was listed. Off Massetts Road we name the circuit that feeds the router, because a recent board can front older wall wiring. An interwar semi along Limes Avenue gets the one point, not a run of new sockets. ### Use the router already there The new faceplate is taken back to the router this home already keeps. We do not buy a different router, and we do not leave cable coiled for one that might turn up later. ### Place it only where named In an extended station terrace the point goes in the room on the list. The older part of the house is not opened so the extension can have a second point. ### Name the router circuit Off Massetts Road the circuit feeding the router is named. A recent board does not describe the cable still in the walls. ## Questions about data points in Horley ### Can the point sit in the extension of a station terrace? Yes, when that room was on the list. The older part of the terrace is not opened just so the extension can have company. ### Do you bring a new router? No. The faceplate meets the router already in the house. A different router is not bought, and we do not leave cable coiled for one. ### What if the board off Massetts Road has no spare way? The limit is written down. A recent board with older wall wiring is not rebuilt so a data point can be forced on. ### Does a semi along Limes Avenue get extra sockets too? No. That interwar semi gets the one point. A run of new sockets is a different booking. Sockets are priced apart. ### Can two rooms be done if only one was listed? The second room is written down and priced first. It is not added because the drill is already out. One room was the booking. ## Other services in Horley - [Electrician in Horley](https://www.tmbelectrics.co.uk/electrician-horley): Electrician in Horley, Surrey (RH6).
