# Starlink installation in Horley

> Starlink in Horley is fitted only when the dish is already on site. The cable stays inside the booked house and meets the router already there.

A Starlink dish in Horley goes up only if it is already on site. The cable ends at the router inside the house that booked the visit.

## What a Horley Starlink visit covers

Fitting a dish that is already on site, with one indoor cable to the existing router, is this price. Changing the board is booked separately.
- Starlink installation: from £350
- Starlink installation: from £550
- A missing dish is not purchased during the visit.
- Any second cable is priced before it is run.
- Changing the board off Massetts Road is booked separately.

## What happens on the day

We fit the dish that is sitting at the property, then run one indoor cable to the router that property already uses. A railway era terrace near the station is cabled within its own walls. Streets off Massetts Road still have the router circuit identified, because a recent board can conceal older wall wiring. An interwar semi along Limes Avenue gets that single cable and nothing else.

### Wait until the dish is here

Nothing is mounted if the carton has not arrived. We do not buy a dish on the day, and we do not leave an empty bracket behind.

### Stay inside this terrace

The cable finishes at the router in the booked house. It does not cross into the terrace next door. The neighbour is separate.

### Identify the router circuit

Off Massetts Road we say which circuit feeds the router. A recent board is not a verdict on the wiring still in the walls.

## Questions about Starlink in Horley

### What if the carton has not arrived?

We leave without mounting. The dish has to be at the property already, and we do not buy one while we are there.

### Can the cable cross into the next terrace?

No. A railway era terrace near the station is cabled within its own walls. The house beside it is a different booking.

### Does a recent board off Massetts Road settle the router?

No. We still name the circuit that feeds it. Older wiring in the walls is not skipped because the board looks recent.

### Will a semi along Limes Avenue get a new board?

Not for this cable. An interwar semi there gets the dish and that one run. A board change is booked on its own.

### Is a rented flat's report part of the mount?

No. Homes across RH6 on a certificate cycle still need that report separately. Mounting a dish does not write it.
