In West Sutton that is often extra sockets. It is not the five year landlord report. TMB Electrics, based in Banstead, certifies one added circuit in Sutton. In West Sutton that is often the extra sockets a 1930s house was not built with. ## Sutton minor works price Sutton minor works covers the single circuit that was added. In a West Sutton 1930s house that circuit is often the extra sockets the house was not built with. Other stages near the centre stay off the form. The landlord inspection for a Cheam Road flat is another paper. - Minor works certificate: from £80 - The new circuit is installed on the day only when that was the task written down. - The rented flat's inspection stays its own paper. - Two additions mean two lines on the form, and that is settled before the day. ## Minor works certification across Sutton We serve Sutton from our base in Banstead. - Sutton town centre - Cheam Road - Belmont - Benhilton - Rosehill - Sutton Garden Suburb - West Sutton - Carshalton Road ## What happens on the day Sutton minor works records the one circuit that was added. In West Sutton that is often the extra sockets a 1930s house was not built with, and the form describes that addition rather than the whole house. Other stages in a semi near the centre stay off it. A landlord inspection for a Cheam Road flat, including an earlier valid report that may still be usable, is another paper. ### Name the one circuit The form names that one circuit, where it starts, and the points on it. Stages elsewhere in a centre semi are left off. ### Test that circuit Readings are taken on the new circuit. A socket that already works in a West Sutton house does not stand in for them. ### Leave the landlord report off it The five year inspection for a Cheam Road flat, and any earlier valid report, keeps its own record. It is not written onto this form. ## Sutton minor works questions ### Does one certificate cover every stage near the centre? No. The form is the circuit that was added. Other stages in the semi stay off it unless they were part of that same addition. ### Is a West Sutton extra socket this certificate? When it is a new circuit, yes. 1930s houses there often want more sockets than they were built with. A matching swap of one accessory is not written up as a new circuit. ### Is this the landlord certificate for a Cheam Road flat? No. Rented flats have their own inspection cycle. An earlier valid report may still be usable. This form is one addition, not that report. ### Does the Sutton Garden Suburb need a different form? No. The form is the circuit. Cable planned around the building is how the circuit is installed, not a different certificate. ### Can two new circuits share one entry? No. Two new circuits mean two entries, and that is settled before the day. A West Sutton list of several new socket circuits is not squeezed onto one line. ## Other services in Sutton - [Electrician in Sutton](https://www.tmbelectrics.co.uk/electrician-sutton): Sutton electrician for EICRs, fault finding, rewiring, consumer units and EV chargers, with clear next steps before booking. - [Minor works certification (all areas)](https://www.tmbelectrics.co.uk/services/minor-works-certification): Minor works certification from TMB Electrics from £80.
