Flats and 1930s semis are checked before any part is changed. · Call 07460 070551 Immersion repair in Wallington covers a heater that is actually fitted. Flats over the Woodcote Road shops are checked first, and a missing cylinder is not invented. ## What Wallington immersion repair includes Replacing the element or the thermostat on a heater that is already fitted, and testing that circuit, is this price. A new tank is not presumed. If no heater is there, this visit has no electrical repair to do. - Immersion heater repair: from £80 an hour; from £80 an hour - A replacement tank is plumbing and stays off this repair. - A wide road board is not swapped because an element failed. - The shop below a flat is left shut. ## Immersion heater repair across Wallington We serve Wallington from our base in Banstead. - Woodcote Road - Wallington Green - Manor Road - Stanley Park Road - Bandonhill - Roundshaw - Beddington - Hackbridge ## What happens on the day The failed part is changed on the heater that is fitted at that address, with its circuit isolated and then tested. Flats over the Woodcote Road shops are not all described as having a hot water cylinder. A 1930s semi is opened at the heater, not used as a reason to replace the original board. Roundshaw homes rebuilt from 1998 are repaired only where a heater is fitted. ### Confirm a heater is fitted Where no immersion is fitted, the visit has no repair to make. A cylinder is not invented for a flat or a Roundshaw house that heats water another way. ### Test the heater circuit The circuit is isolated and tested. A wide road board that looks tired is not replaced because an element failed. ### Leave the shop and the extension The shop below a flat is not part of the heater. An extension the original board was never meant for is not rebuilt on this visit. ## Questions about a Wallington immersion ### What if the flat has no cylinder? Then there is no repair. Flats over the Woodcote Road shops are not all on an immersion, and a part is not priced for a heater that is absent. ### Does a failed element mean a new wide road board? No. The heater circuit is tested. A board that was never meant for an extension is a different job, booked only if that is what the tests show. ### Will you replace the tank? No. Only the failed electrical part on the heater that is already fitted is touched. Replacing the tank belongs with the plumber, not this visit. ### Are Roundshaw houses assumed to have one? No. Homes rebuilt from 1998 at Roundshaw are checked first. If no heater is fitted, the visit stops and no part is changed. ### Do villas on Clifton Road always have a cylinder? No. A long, extended installation does not mean an immersion is there. The heater is looked for before any part is changed. ## Other services in Wallington - [Electrician in Wallington](https://www.tmbelectrics.co.uk/electrician-wallington): Electrician in Wallington, Surrey (SM6).
