Will you replace lights that fail?+
The starting price is the test and the certificate, not replacement fittings. TMB Electrics can quote for a new emergency light after the test. That repair is a separate booking.
Does the whole building lose power?+
The emergency lighting is tested so the fittings can be seen to come on. Power to the rest of the premises stays on unless a fitting cannot be tested that way. TMB Electrics will say before any circuit is switched off.
