Worcester Park commercial socket price
Central Road parade units get sockets from the board inside that unit. The flat above is a different supply and is not tied in as a shortcut. A workplace on Windsor Road or Malden Road is planned from the board in that building.

What happens on the day
The new sockets are a circuit of their own from the board that serves that unit. Work is done from inside. On the Central Road parade the unit at street level and the flat above are different supplies, and they are not cross connected. A house on Windsor Road or Malden Road that needs workplace sockets is planned from the board in that building. A working socket is not spare capacity.
- Give the sockets their own circuitThe points leave a circuit sized for the load. A lighting circuit in the same Worcester Park building is not extended because a spare plug happens to be nearby.
- Keep the flat and the parade apartCentral Road flats sit above and behind the parade. A new socket in the unit below starts at that unit's board. The flat's consumer unit is not borrowed.
- Work from insideCutting and fixing happen inside the unit. The front of the parade is not opened for a shorter line. Houses at The Hamptons are rarely this job. Their work is mostly small and domestic.

Can a Central Road unit take power from the flat above?
No. The parade and the flats above it are different supplies. The new sockets start at the board inside the unit being worked on.
Will you share a lighting circuit to save a way?
No. The sockets are their own circuit. A plug that already works is not spare capacity for commercial load.
Is this the same as a small job at The Hamptons?
No. Those newer homes are mostly domestic small works. A workplace circuit is specified from the board in the unit, not from a house schedule.
Is an EICR included?
No. The job is the new sockets. The landlord certificate cycle for a Central Road flat is a different document and a different visit.
What is photographed?
The board inside the unit, the wall for the sockets, and both ends of any cable you hope to reuse. The load of the equipment belongs on that note.
