Do you do landlord EICRs in Worcester Park?+
Yes. Privately rented homes need a valid report at least every five years. I test every circuit, list the findings against their codes, and issue the report in the form your agent or council asks for.

Normally one fault showing up in two places. Instruments narrow it down properly, so you end up with the cause rather than a guess and a replaced part.
How far is Worcester Park from you?+
