Kitchen electrical refit in Worcester Park
TMB Electrics, based in Banstead, refits a Worcester Park kitchen from the circuits already there. On a Green Lane semi the kitchen is often the rear extension, still tied to the original layout.

Worcester Park kitchen price
Green Lane kitchens sitting in a rear extension are designed against the original circuit layout, which is not assumed to have spare ways. The Hamptons can take a smaller addition when a spare way is not already loaded. Central Road flats are refitted from that flat's board alone.

What happens on the day
The new kitchen load is designed to the board and circuits that exist, after they are tested. 1930s semis on Green Lane and Cheam Common Road often have the kitchen in the rear extension while the original circuit layout remains. That layout is not assumed to have spare ways. Newer homes at The Hamptons, with modern boards, can take smaller additions when a spare way is not already carrying another load. Making good the surfaces is separate. Central Road flats are refitted inside that flat only.
- Start in the extensionWhere the kitchen is the rear extension on Green Lane, that part is tested before appliances are promised. The original circuits are not treated as spare because a kettle already works.
- Count the modern boardThe Hamptons boards off Caldbeck Avenue are modern. The oven, the hob and the smaller appliances are listed before the kitchen is stripped, along with any spare way. A full board stops the assumption.
- Stay inside the flatCentral Road flats are refitted from the board in that flat. The parade below is not used as a convenient supply, and the neighbour's ceiling is not opened.

Can the original layout on Green Lane take a new oven?
The circuit is tested against that oven. A rear extension still sitting on the original layout is not assumed to have spare capacity because something small already works there.
What if the modern board at The Hamptons is full?
The refit waits. If that board is full, another way or a board change is costed before the kitchen comes out. A newer house does not mean endless spare ways.
Is a Central Road flat kitchen fed from the parade?
No. Central Road flats start from that flat's own board. The unit below is a different supply and stays that way.
Is making good included?
No. This visit ends at the wiring and the accessories named for that kitchen. Filling and decorating are separate when they are wanted.
Does a rear extension on Cheam Common Road get its own circuit?
When the test says the original layout cannot take the new load. The extension is not automatically given a new circuit, and it is not automatically left on the old one.
