EICRs, fuse boards, outbuilding supplies and fault finding across Chipstead, Surrey. I'm Trevor Bush, ten minutes over the valley, with the price agreed up front.
This is Chipstead in Surrey, CR5, the Reigate and Banstead village between Banstead and the Coulsdon valley, not the Chipstead near Sevenoaks in Kent. I work the lanes: High Road, Outwood Lane, Starrock Lane, Hazelwood Lane and How Lane.
Big detached houses on long plots mean long cable runs, outbuildings and more than one board. EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, garden and outbuilding supplies, chargers and fault finding. Fourteen years doing this, price agreed before I start.
You deal with me, Trevor, from the first quote to the final check: a clear price before I start, direct contact throughout, and one experienced electrician doing the work.

Trevor was amazing very constructive as he faced real problems with our current set up but he managed to find solutions and did an excellent job! I would recommend him to anyone, trustworthy and high level of expertise, look no further! Thank you Trevor

Trevor went over and beyond trying to sort out the recommissioning of my electrical installation. He spoke with my provider and the EICR certificate was ready in minutes. I will highly recommend

Chipstead in Surrey, CR5, in Reigate and Banstead borough, between Banstead, Hooley and Coulsdon. It is not the Chipstead near Sevenoaks in Kent, which is a different village entirely.
Most jobs have a set price, and you agree it with me before I start. Fault finding is charged by the hour, because nobody can say how long a fault takes to find until they look at it. Either way you know the number before any work happens.
Yes. On the longer plots here the existing sub main is often older and smaller than what is now being asked of it, so I test what is already there before adding to it and tell you what it will actually take.
You send the job and your postcode, I work out what is actually involved, and you get the price before anything starts. At the end you get the certificate or report the job calls for, and notifiable work is notified to building control as part of it.
Usually. The board and the cabling behind it are separate questions, and on the older village houses a recent board on much older wiring is common. Testing tells you about both.
Chipstead is about ten minutes across from my base in Banstead, over the top of the valley, so it is well inside the area I cover every week.
