EICRs, fuse boards, EV chargers and fault finding around Burgh Heath, Nork and Great Tattenhams. I'm Trevor Bush, with the price agreed up front.
Burgh Heath is the closest patch to my base off Banstead Road. I work both sides of the A217 crossroads: Tattenham Way, Chetwode Road, Waterer Gardens, Great Tattenhams and the Nork streets behind them.
The regular work is EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, extra sockets and circuits, chargers on driveways and fault finding. Nothing is priced before I have seen it. Fourteen years doing this, with the certificate and council paperwork handled for you.
You deal with me, Trevor, from the first quote to the final check: a clear price before I start, direct contact throughout, and one experienced electrician doing the work.

Trevor was amazing very constructive as he faced real problems with our current set up but he managed to find solutions and did an excellent job! I would recommend him to anyone, trustworthy and high level of expertise, look no further! Thank you Trevor

Trevor went over and beyond trying to sort out the recommissioning of my electrical installation. He spoke with my provider and the EICR certificate was ready in minutes. I will highly recommend

It is the nearest place on my list, a couple of miles up the A217 from Banstead Road, so a small job here does not need a whole day set aside for it.
Most jobs have a set price, and you agree it with me before I start. Fault finding is charged by the hour, because nobody can say how long a fault takes to find until they look at it. Either way you know the number before any work happens.
You send the job and your postcode, I work out what is actually involved, and you get the price before anything starts. At the end you get the certificate or report the job calls for, and notifiable work is notified to building control as part of it.
On the 1930s Nork estate houses it is usually the board and a circuit or two rather than the whole house. Testing separates the two answers, and it is the cheaper question to settle first.
Usually yes. I check what the existing supply and board can carry before anything is ordered, because that is what decides the charger and the route, not the parking space.
The certificate or report that particular job calls for. Notifiable work is notified to building control as part of it rather than left for you to chase.
