No. KT17 and KT19 houses are judged on the tests. A renewed board passes or fails on what the meter shows, not on the decade the house was built.
Will you open listed fabric on the High Street to see a cable?
Not where the finish has to stay. The report records the limitation. Ewell Downs Road and The Green are handled the same way when the fabric is protected.
Does an Ewell Village address need consent for an inspection?
The inspection itself is inside the house. Consent comes into it when later work would change the exterior or protected fabric, and that is checked then.
Are plug in appliances on this report?
