Is the trench a rewire of the villa?
No. Houses on Clifton Road and Belmont Road keep the installation they have. The cable serves a garden building, not a replacement of the house wiring.

No. Both ends are tested. A lamp glowing at the garden building can sit on a feed that is still wrong, so the glow is not accepted as a pass.
